HELLBOUND MINER is a fictional strategy game for adults (18+). By using the game you agree to these terms.
1. Virtual game only
$HELL is the in-game token. vBTC is Virtual Bitcoin. vBTC is not real Bitcoin and has no cash value. No real Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is mined, stored, transferred or paid out. There is no cash-out.
2. No financial product
Nothing in the game is financial advice, an investment product, a security, a deposit or a promise of profit. Game progress and virtual items may be reset, changed or discontinued.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your email secure. Do not impersonate other players or attempt to exploit the service.
4. Fair play
Cheating, scripting, multi-account abuse, payment fraud and attacks on the service are prohibited and may result in suspension.
5. Purchases
Any purchase is for virtual items or services only. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or preservation of game data.
